Quarantine life

 +JMJ+

After four of us tested positive for COVID we all went into quarantine.

We decorated a gingerbread house but we didn't have any decorations. So we rounded up our leftover St. Nickolas day candy, chocolate chips and M&Ms.

Hey, it tasted good and we had fun. :D

Preperation for a St. Lucy's day photoshoot. Again I don't have any of the finished pictures, but they should be available over at the Grouchy Photographer pretty soon.

We have been doing this meal kit for different countries. We decided to make another Peru dish.

Hmm we have no ground beef, ground chicken, olives, tomatoes or raisins, not to mention anything for the side salad. I believe I forgot the salt.

Hey, no problem we used what we had and skipped out on the rest of the stuff. Ground venison is a good substitute for beef. :D Okay, deep fried mashed potatoes are a bit bland. I doubt we will be in a hurry to make them again, but they were still fun to make.

Finally all caught up.

More life

 +JMJ+

I pulled over and tried to get a good picture. I could see the end of the rainbow.

We went to a Tolkien manuscript showing after it being put off for years. It was right next to the St. Joan of Arc chapel, unfortunately we couldn't go in because it was under construction.

We weren't allowed to take pictures of the manuscripts. It was pretty neat though.

Grandma and baby Cassandra.

Baby Goldilocks.

Babies are never late, nor are they early. They arrive precisely when they mean to.

Uncle Chip and baby Goldilocks.

Not sure what's happening in the background.

Goldilocks and Grandma.

Someone else had control of my phone again.

My siblings and their babies.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
The above pictures were the only ones I took from that day.

Just to be random Pippin got a pet hedgehog.

Someone else has control again.

Doubledecker bus. I didn't know they had those around here. I guess I'm not a city person.

Hunting season.

Preparation for Christmas. I'm very proud of my six dollar Fontanini set. I found it at a thrift store. If you look up how much they actually cost you will see why I was so thrilled.

More Goldilocks photoshoots.

So Sweet!

BEWARE!

Proceed at your own risk!

Gruesome hunting business below in the next two pictures!

I forgot to take a picture of the deer earlier. It's a bit gross now. I think it was Sam, Frodo and Eleanor who got the deer this year.

Processing.

Back to normal

I've been printing up several of my older books plus a couple of not so old ones. My sisters and I did some illustrations for a couple of them.

Busy illustrating.

Teaching Math. I struggled with math so it's not my favorite thing to teach.

More illustrating This was for Poppy's book.

A little girl drew this for me. I'm the big girl. :D

Setting up the Christmas tree

and the stockings.

To be continued.
