JMJm and Fairs

+JMJ+

The second week of July was a busy week for me.
All week I helped out at JMJm at a local Catholic Church.

I had three twelve year old girls to look after. The easiest team I've ever had in the five years I've helped out.

Halfway through the week I was asked by my aunt to help her chaperone two cousins and three siblings to a fair.

As you can see I spend my time taking pictures of weird birds.

The group!

Poodle Lama!

Doesn't it look like a poodle?

Rides finally opened.

The boys went on this thing three times.

At least they didn't get sick.

Waiting in line for the tilt-a-whirl.

This one looked really scary. They didn't go on it.

The cars went all the way around the circle.

This thing was just as creepy.

Finally they could get on the Tilt-A-Whirl.

Horrible!

I found a pro-life table hidden away in a little corner.

Slushie break!

More rides!

Last day of JMJm. Skit and Ice Cream day.

My team's skit. The girls had to act out the Beattitude
Blessed are those who are Poor in Spirit, for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven.

Longing for Ice Cream!

Guess What?
Saturday after JMJm ended I went to another fair. :D But this time I was going to meet up with some friends.

Look a fluffy chicken.

This chicken was about 2 feet tall.

Weird feathers.

Don't you like the poofs on their heads?

This bunny was huge.

This bunny had a scrunched face.

Doesn't this one have adorable eyes?

This one had a goblin king beard!

Wouldn't you agree?

This bunny was super long.

Oh of course I forgot to take pictures of people until the end.
My sister Poppy with a friend, whom I shall refer to as Catherine on this blog.

God Bless You All,

Please leave your swords and bows at the door, then come in and talk. All are welcome, except of course for the servants of Sauron. They will be asked to leave under pain of death.
